The permission to acquire and use VULCAN-CFD is handled through the NASA Software Catalog. Simply click the VULCAN-CFD link from this website and follow the online instructions. After notication from a NASA LaRC software release officer that you are approved to receive VULCAN-CFD, a gzipped vulcan.tar file will be made available to you.

NOTE : VULCAN-CFD distribution is restricted to the United States and its use is governed by EAR99 regulations.
